What is chronic tension headache?

Tension headaches can happen when you're feeling stressed, tired or angry. If you have chronic tension headache, you get these headaches a lot of the time

Doctors say you have chronic tension headache if you get tension headaches more than 15 days a month for at least three months.

Chronic tension headaches are usually mild, but they happen often.

Chronic is a word doctors use to describe any medical condition that people live with for a long time. It doesn't mean that a condition is severe. In fact, tension headaches are usually fairly mild. But it's because they happen so often that they can be a problem.

We don't know for sure what causes tension headaches.

• Some doctors think the pain is caused by tension in the muscles of your neck, your face or your scalp. This kind of tension can be triggered by stress, worry, depression or anger.
  Bad posture can also cause your muscles to tense up, especially if you work at a desk all day.
• But other doctors don't think these headaches are caused by tension in the muscles at all. So they prefer to call these tension-type headaches.

About 1 in 6 people say their headaches began before they were 10 years of age.

You are more likely to get chronic tension headaches if:

• You're a woman

a day of misfortune [2010]

adess....
penat gila bila msok taon 2010 nih.. mcam2 menda kena hadapi.. penat~ huhu.. bukan penat pa.. penat nk ikut peraturan sekolah + asrama!! hahha.. almaklumlah,, sepanjang taon lpas boleh kira brapa kali sja ikot peraturan!! tu sbab yang sampai kna buang hostel! muahhaha.. naseb baek cego terima jgak aq msok hostel balek! klo x memang aq kna tendang kuaq uma dh.. haha.. pape pon,, bla pk balek,, rsa cm lawak jea suma tuh.. ye la.. mukan sonang nak dpt experiece cm ni.. certain owang ja yg bule dpt.. hahha.. lgpn menda2 ceni la yg mmbuatkn kita akan rindu kenangan2 ni bila dh kuar skola.. bila suma kengkawan terpisah, suma jumpa kwan2 baru, experience pon akan jd baru.. so experiece yg mcam ni la yg akan mmbuatkan kita sayang kwan2 kta.. walaupun ianya 1 experience yg 'agak' terok.. haha.. tp besh per.. ngee..

satu lagi yg men'tension'kan aq bla msok kls science nih..! huh! penat gla.. tiap2 ari tu ada ja homework! bukan satu,, tp smpai lima nam! lima nam tu pon bkn cikit! bnyak!! huhuk!! sampai aq kna flu mggu second nih! huhu :_( lg brtambah2 ponat la aq.. uwaa... dh la subject blambak2!! mmg la lebih dua ja drp last year.. tp subject ni susa banget!! 3 subject killer tu yg mmenatkn aq!! ups clap2!! bkn 3,, tmbah 1 g : ADD MATH! fuh! cekang! tapa2.. sabo2.. nek u nnti lg la parah! trkeluaq hotak aq nih! huhu.. rsanya malam ni aq x tdo la kot.. byk g keja x ciap.. waa... bantuin aq dong!!

actually,, berjuta2 lg cerita yg nk diceritakan disini pada hari ini.. hah! skema lak da.. wuteva.! tp disebabkn aq dh 'rindu' sgt2 da kt omwork aq tuh,, aq stop smpai cni dlu larh.. huhu.. sabo2..
